Classic Panettone is the traditional panettone cake, the one that has reigned over Italian holiday tables for centuries. And as tradition demands, this Panettone is filled with raisins and candied oranges. It has a pillowy and soft consistency, given by simple ingredients with stellar quality, a 48-hour double fermentation, and lots of passion and patience (the entire production process takes four days). It is completely free from preservatives, and artificial flavorings. It should be stored in a cool and dry place until serving.
