  • How to Brew: Traditional: sift 1–2g into a bowl, add 70ml water at 80°C / 175°F, whisk briskly until frothy. Latte: whisk with small amount of hot water, add steamed milk.
  • Perfect Pairings: Pairs with traditional Japanese sweets (adzuki), almond pastries, white chocolate, amaretti cookies. Also excellent as a culinary ingredient in sweet and savory dishes.
