Acacia honey is considered the sweetener par excellence. It has an extremely soft taste and its vanilla and light aromas give it a pleasantly delicate creamy flavor of sugared almonds. This very fine honey has a transparent to pale straw yellow color with slightly floral notes of new wax and cooked pear.
