This Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP contains only one ingredient, as required by the Consortium of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP to be certified as DOP (Protected Designation of Origin). It is made of only cooked grape must and is aged in wood barrels for a minimum of 25 years (with annual transfers "travasi" in different barrels). It can be used for any food preparation, from appetizers to desserts. It is also a very good after-dinner if enjoyed pure at the end of the meal.
To make it even more special, this balsamic vinegar comes with a luxurious wooden box, a dosing spout, and a traditional pipette.
