Since watching Stanley Tucci's specials on traveling, cooking and eating throughout Italy with local culinarians, I will NEVER buy pasta in America from a grocery store, ever again, no matter the pretend Italian name. REAL Italian pasta made in Italy by Italian pasta makers is the only pasta to eat. Tasty Ribbon makes it's possible to purchase easily and efficiently. Im so glad!
