These sophisticated chocolate sandwich cookies elevate the classic recipe with cocoa-enriched dough made from flour, hazelnuts, butter, and cocoa powder, filled with creamy white chocolate. The cocoa adds depth and richness to the tender, crumbly cookies, while the white chocolate filling provides a luxurious contrast. Each bite offers layers of chocolate flavor - from the cocoa-infused cookie to the smooth white chocolate center, creating an indulgent twist on the beloved Italian original.
