Orgolio della Poderina

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

On the hills just outside Siena, La Poderina farm tends more than 2,000 olive trees around a 19th-century stone farmhouse. Some 500 of them are centuries old. Here, every bottle of Orgolio begins with an almost obsessive pursuit of quality: olives picked by hand at just the right moment, then pressed within hours to capture their freshest flavor.

Made in Tuscany

Few landscapes are as beloved as the hills around Siena, where cypress-lined roads wind past vineyards and silver-green olive groves. La Poderina sits about 1,100 feet above sea level, where cool nights and sunny days help olives develop a vibrant, balanced character. It's the kind of place that gives an olive oil a true sense of origin.

Three Classic Tuscan Olives

Orgolio is a blend of three traditional Tuscan varieties: Frantoio, Moraiolo and Leccino. Once ripe, the olives are harvested by hand, carefully sorted and cold-extracted just a few hours later. The result is a bright, elegant oil with a fresh green aroma and the gentle peppery finish Tuscan olive oil is known for.

A Protected Tuscan Origin

Orgolio della Poderina

Orgolio is a Tuscan IGP olive oil, a protected geographical indication recognized across Europe. It's produced in the "Colline Senesi" (Siena Hills) area under strict standards that guarantee where the olives are grown and how the oil is made. From grove to bottle, every step reflects the farm's deep respect for the land and its ancient trees.
