Delicious, ready-to-use sauce that combines black olives and sundried tomatoes. The sauce is enhanced in combination with meat and fish. Also ideal for seasoning pasta or for filling tasty canapés. Original and rich in flavor, this sauce is also vegan and gluten-free.

Cherry tomato confit SIZE: 8.1 oz

Hand-picked in July from open fields in Apulia, Italy, these tomatoes are carefully prepared using the confit technique. Slowly dried at low temperatures with a hint of sugar and salt - without added vinegar - they wither evenly after 12 hours in a desiccator, bringing out their natural sweetness. This delicate process maintains their lycopene, minerals, and nutrients. Simple yet refined, these cherry tomatoes are the ideal complement to sweet-and-sour dishes and add a gourmet touch to a classic caprese salad.
