Panettone Cake with Pears and Chocolate

SHIPS STARTING FROM OCTOBER 2024

With its typical aroma and flavor, T’a Milano’s Pear and Chocolate Panettone, handmade using nothing but the highest quality ingredients, calls to mind a traditional Milanese-style Christmas, but with a delicious variation: sweet candied pears and dark chocolate take the place of traditional raisins and candied fruit. T’a Milano’s Pear and Chocolate Panettoni are prepared as tradition demands, using sourdough and no preservatives or artificial flavorings, following the recipe handed down by the Alemagna family from father to son and into the hands of Tancredi and Alberto, founders of T’a Milano and great grandchildren of the famous Gioacchino Alemagna.
